March of Empires is a strategy game where you have to create an empire by using one of your favorite sides: tzars, sultans, or kings. Each of these factions has different abilities, so you have to think about the strategy you're going to develop before starting your round. Each army has one city, troops, and a particular technology for each civilization.
Once you decide which to use to conquer the world, you have to create the city that will give you food, wood, stone, and metals, so you can create buildings and defend your population with indestructible walls, and create a powerful army so you can expand the reach of your empire. In this war game, the enemies that surround you will try to sack and destroy your kingdom, so you have to be stronger than them and always keep a distance. Sometimes a good defense is the base of a good attack, so pay attention to how your neighbors develop if you don't want to be surprised.
As you play, you can join different alliances with other players, which is a key point in March of Empires. Often you'll have to form pacts with other alliances if you want to avoid war. Still, treason is frequent in strategy games, and being in the right group is key to gaining extra resources and giving a boost to your city.
